Possible Issues with Your Water Heater

1. Thermostat Failure (controls water temperature) – if the thermostat is broken or malfunctioning, you lose your hot water or get burned.
2. Electrical Failure (helps heater function) – if wires are corroded or the electrical system has shorted out, you can lose hot water altogether.
3. Physical Damage (exterior of heater) – look out for dents or cracks as they can become problematic. Call us right away!
4. Thermocouple Issue (controls gas flow in gas heaters) – sensor does not turn off gas valve when water is not in use leading to safety concerns.
